Professional coverage for commercial properties, worksites, assets, access control, and locations requiring a visible security presence. Staffing is matched to the assignment instead of forcing every client into the same model.
Security for private events, corporate functions, festivals, venues, and public gatherings. Coverage can include access points, crowd observation, incident response, and coordination with event leadership.
Low-profile protective coverage, travel support, advance work, principal protection, and security planning for individuals whose risk profile or circumstances require something beyond standard guard services.
Workplace incidents, high-risk meetings, temporary protective needs, employee terminations, sensitive situations, and custom security planning where judgment and professionalism matter as much as presence.
We look for disciplined, capable professionals with sound judgment, strong character, and the ability to perform under pressure. Prior law-enforcement, military, first-response, and security experience is valued, but every candidate is measured against the same Sentry standard.
Personnel complete intensive in-house training before assignment. That includes CPR and First Aid, de-escalation, defensive tactics, scenario-based training, and force-on-force exercises designed to test judgment before personnel enter the field.
A CPL may satisfy a baseline legal requirement, but it does not meet our standard for armed work. Armed personnel complete advanced firearms training, pass company qualification standards before assignment, and requalify on a recurring basis.
We expect our personnel to be physically capable, composed, and professional in how they carry themselves. Physical readiness supports movement, endurance, decision-making, and the command presence that can prevent situations from escalating.
We’re building a pool of capable, professional people who want to do this work the right way. Prior law-enforcement, military, first-response, and security experience is valued, but character, judgment, fitness, trainability, and professionalism matter just as much.
