Awareness
Recognize changes in people, environments, and behavior before a problem becomes a crisis.
The professionals are rarely there when it starts. We prepare people to recognize danger earlier, make better decisions, and act with confidence.
Training should give people more than techniques. It should give them a framework they can use when the situation changes fast.
Recognize changes in people, environments, and behavior before a problem becomes a crisis.
Understand predatory patterns, escalation signals, and warning signs most people miss.
Build simple mental frameworks so the first important decision is not made for the first time under pressure.
Develop the practical skills and mindset to act decisively when action becomes necessary.

Sentry Concepts grew out of years spent in environments where judgment, communication, and preparation had real consequences. That experience shaped the way Chase teaches today: practical skills, realistic decision-making, and a strong emphasis on recognizing problems before they become emergencies.
After moving into real estate, he saw many of the same vulnerabilities from a civilian and professional perspective—people working alone, meeting strangers, entering unfamiliar environments, and often doing so with little formal preparation. That led to the development of The Safe Agent, a continuing-education approved Realtor safety program, and a broader training system designed to make people and organizations more capable.
Chase also serves as Chair of the Greater Regional Alliance of REALTORS® Safety Task Force, helping shape safety education and preparedness for real estate professionals while continuing to build Sentry’s training, equipment, and protective-services mission.
